## Scope and dates
SHFE, INE, DCE, CZCE, GFEX, SSE, SZSE, HKEX cash securities and LME: 2026 day calendars loaded, human verification pending. HKEX includes 14 weekday holidays and 3 half trading days; derivatives and Stock Connect are outside this securities scope. GFEX night capability is unverified. DCE and CZCE use complete notice reproductions cross-checked against two annual copies and every holiday night notice; official originals remain pending. These secondary sources are explicitly labelled; human verification and rights approval remain pending. SGX, CME and ICE require product-specific calendars; no exchange-wide boolean is supplied. 2024–2025 history and 2027–2028 calendar shells are NOT verified data.

The site answers whether a date is a trading day, not whether a session is live now. Defaults use the Asia/Shanghai calendar date. Comparison rows share the same date label, not the same instant. night_session uses CIVIL EVENING; incoming_night_session uses TRADING DATE. Settlement is independently null/unverified.

## Provenance and citation
Official sources and explicitly labelled secondary notice reproductions. Records expose source_type, actual source URLs and review method. Cross-checking a reproduction does not mean the official original was obtained. Quote data_version=2026.09.28-rc.4, market_id and date. In this preview verified_at is null: cite as “Markets Open, source-checked [actual source_checked_at], human verification pending”, NOT “verified”. Include the official source_url when available. Discovery URLs alone are not evidence. unknown/null means no assertion, never closed/false.

## Updates
Daily index discovery, weekly human review and pre-holiday night-session checks are implementation candidates, NOT registered jobs. Calendar review and notice-monitor freshness are different fields. A failed fetch never means no changes. Captured release snapshots are not historical point-in-time data. Amendments are explicit, source-linked and logged. This is not a real-time emergency-notice feed. No historical point-in-time data is served.

## Access
Free rate-limited evaluation: 60 requests/min/IP, subject to deployment-specific enforcement. Cloudflare binding counters are per-location, not globally exact. Licensing contact must be configured before a production or commercial API release. No SLA is currently offered.

## Indexing
Production crawler policy allows all bots. Preview, unknown and draft pages carry noindex. Only source-approved covered answers enter the production sitemap; accessible routes are not automatically indexable.
