Questions

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time in the Stripe customer portal; access runs to the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded, so the monthly plan is the cheapest way to try it.

Can I pay with WeChat Pay or Alipay?

Yes, with the prepaid year (CNY 699). Stripe does not support either wallet for automatic renewals, so it is paid once a year from your Pro page; the key stays the same.

Do I get an invoice?

Stripe e-mails a receipt for every payment; subscription invoices are also in the customer portal.

How fast are alerts?

Official notice pages are checked every day (08:00 Singapore time) and reminders are generated every hour. A notice is sent as “pending verification” with its official link; read the original before trading.

Is there support?

The product is self-service: documentation and the public update log are the reference. Legal and rights questions: data@marketsopen.today.

What stays free?

Everything on marketsopen.today and futuresclock.com, the public data files and the free API.
