1. Seller

The seller is Northeast Research, Singapore, the operator of marketsopen.today and futuresclock.com. Card statements show the billing name MARKETSOPEN. Payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Product

"Markets Open Pro" is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly (quantity 1), or a prepaid year paid once (WeChat Pay, Alipay or card). One key covers Markets Open and Futures Clock. It gives you:

• change alerts by webhook and private RSS: when we detect a new official notice on trading days, holidays, daylight-saving changes or trading hours, you receive it marked "pending verification" with the official link; when the published calendar or trading hours then change, you receive a "data changed" alert;
• reminders before known daylight-saving changes and announced holidays;
• a private calendar subscription with market closures, half days, clock changes and recent official notices;
• the Markets Open API with a per-key daily quota instead of the per-address limit, and the same queries as MCP tools;
• use of the data in your own products without attribution;
• the standard data pack downloads (Excel workbook and ZIP with CSV and JSON).

Everything on the free sites stays free and unchanged.

3. Price and renewal

The price is USD 9.90 per month or USD 99 per year, exclusive of any applicable taxes. No tax is collected at checkout for now. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

The prepaid year costs CNY 699 and gives 365 days of access from payment. It does not renew automatically. Renewing with the same key adds 365 days to the end of the current paid period, or to the payment date if access has already ended.

4. Delivery and key

After payment your key is shown on the success page. Reopening that page's address (bookmark it) shows the same key, and for subscriptions, from the second invoice it is printed on every Stripe invoice. A prepaid year keeps the same key when renewed. Keys are personal: do not share or publish yours.

5. Licence

You may use the data, alerts and API answers for personal use, internally in your business, and inside your own products and services, without attribution.

You may not resell or redistribute the data, alerts or downloads as a standalone dataset or feed, or share your key.

The free sites' data and licence (CC BY 4.0) are not changed by this purchase.

6. Alerts and data

Alerts are sent automatically. A "pending verification" alert means an official notice was detected and linked; read the source. We do not guarantee that every change is detected, or when an alert arrives. The data, alerts and API are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose. They are not quotes or trading advice; check the official notice before trading.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time in the Stripe customer portal. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. A prepaid year needs no cancellation: it simply ends. Payments are not refundable.

8. What is not included

Individual support, a service-level agreement, bespoke fields or coverage, live quotes, trading advice, and e-mail delivery of alerts are not included. Documentation and the public update log are the reference.

9. Changes and discontinuation

We may change these terms for future periods, with notice on this page. If we discontinue Pro, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused part of any yearly subscription or prepaid year.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes go to the courts of Singapore. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Legal notices: data@marketsopen.today.

• 通过 webhook 与私有 RSS 推送的变更提醒：监测到交易日、假期、夏令时或交易时段的新官方公告时，推送并标注「待核验」，附官方原文链接；公布的日历或交易时段随之更新时，再推送一条「数据已变更」提醒；
• 已知夏令时切换与已公布假期的提前提醒；
• 私有日历订阅：休市、半日市、夏令时切换与近期官方公告；
• Markets Open API 按密钥计算每日额度，不受按地址的限流；同一组查询也可作为 MCP 工具调用；
• 在您自己的产品中使用数据，无需署名；
• 标准数据包下载（Excel 工作簿，以及含 CSV 与 JSON 的 ZIP）。

免费网站上的一切保持免费、不变。

3. 价格与续订

价格为每月 9.90 美元或每年 99 美元，不含任何适用税费。目前结账时不收取税费。订阅在每个周期结束时自动续订，直至您取消。

按年预付为人民币 699 元，自付款起可使用 365 天，不自动续费。用同一密钥续费时，在当前已付期限的结束日上加 365 天；若已到期，则自付款日起算。

4. 交付与密钥

付款后，密钥显示在支付成功页面。用同一地址重新打开该页（请收藏）会显示同一密钥；订阅用户自第二张发票起，密钥也印在每张 Stripe 发票上。按年预付续费时密钥不变。密钥仅限本人使用，请勿分享或公开。

5. 许可

您可将数据、提醒与 API 结果用于个人用途、企业内部，以及您自己的产品与服务中，无需署名。

您不得将数据、提醒或下载文件作为独立数据集或数据源转售、再分发，也不得分享密钥。

免费网站的数据与许可（CC BY 4.0）不因本次购买而改变。

6. 提醒与数据

提醒自动发送。「待核验」提醒表示已监测到并链接了官方公告，请阅读原文。我们不保证监测到每一项变更，也不保证提醒的送达时间。数据、提醒与 API 按"现状"（as is）提供，不对准确性、完整性、及时性或适用于任何特定目的作出保证。它们不是报价或交易建议；交易前请核对官方公告。

7. 取消与退款

您可随时在 Stripe 客户门户取消订阅，已付费周期内仍可使用至期末。按年预付无需取消，到期自动结束。已付款项不予退还。

8. 不包含的内容

不包含个人支持、服务水平协议（SLA）、定制字段或覆盖范围、实时报价、交易建议，以及邮件形式的提醒。以文档与公开更新日志为准。

9. 变更与停止提供

我们可能就未来周期修改本条款，并在本页公告。若停止提供 Pro，我们会至少提前 30 天通知，并退还年度订阅或按年预付未使用部分的费用。

10. 法律

本条款受新加坡法律管辖，争议由新加坡法院管辖。本条不影响您所在地法律赋予消费者的强制性权利。法律通知：data@marketsopen.today。
