This notice covers Markets Open Pro. The free sites are unchanged.

1. Who is responsible

Northeast Research, Singapore, the operator of marketsopen.today and futuresclock.com. Contact: data@marketsopen.today.

2. What we store

We store only:

• your Stripe customer ID, subscription status and paid period;
• a hashed form of your key;
• the webhook address and market filter you register, if any;
• delivery and download logs (time, file or alert, hashed IP address), kept for 30 days;
• if you start a checkout but do not pay, an empty account record, deleted after 30 days.

3. What Stripe holds

Your card details and e-mail address are held by Stripe, not by us. Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.

4. Cookies and location

There are no analytics cookies on the Pro pages. Our records are kept on Cloudflare (Workers and D1); payment data is held by Stripe.

5. Deletion

After your subscription ends, your webhook address is deleted after 30 days and the rest of your record (Stripe IDs, paid period, hashed key, logs) after 13 months, automatically; you may also ask at data@marketsopen.today. Stripe's records follow Stripe's retention.

• 若开始结账但未付款，一条空白账户记录，30 天后删除。

3. Stripe 持有什么

您的银行卡信息和电子邮箱由 Stripe 持有，而非我们。Stripe 隐私政策：https://stripe.com/privacy。

4. Cookie 与存放位置

Pro 页面不使用分析类 Cookie。我们的记录存放在 Cloudflare（Workers 与 D1）；支付数据由 Stripe 持有。

5. 删除

订阅结束后，您登记的 webhook 地址在 30 天后、其余记录（Stripe ID、已付周期、哈希后的密钥、日志）在 13 个月后自动删除；您也可发邮件至 data@marketsopen.today 要求删除。Stripe 的记录按 Stripe 的留存规则处理。
